why didn't they add pool to this game?

they already had the minigame in shenmue 1 and there's even a poolbar in shenmue 2 without any pooltable for godsake

When one of the options for minigame in the Shenmue 3 poll was Billiards, I voted for that, simply because they had that awesome 1 shot minigame in Shenmue 1 and I was hoping they'd take it a bit further, compared to the other minigames in the list that already had been utilized fully.

This always bugged me. It's a shame they didn't put some form of pool minigame in one of the bars.
Guess they didn't think it was worth to include it.
