Even has all the smoke/dust effects... Must be a beast of a machine.

You're running this on Demul with Esspiral's 16:9 hack, right? I'm assuming so based on the camera behavior.

More importantly, how in the world did you get rid of Shenmue II's awful dithering? By that I mean the "dots" that appear along texture seams (mainly on characters' hair and clothing).

Look at the Chi You Men thug's back (full sized image).

It can also be seen in Shenmue I in parts of the Hazuki house and dojo, but I found that Demul's FXAA did a good job of hiding it. For whatever reason, nothing I've tried can get rid of it in Shenmue II. No amount of AA or boosting of the internal resolution fixes it. The "linear filter" option in the newer DX11 plug-in may work, but obviously I couldn't use that for Shenmue II: The Movie since it's locked at the original internal resolution.

I think this is polygon breakup. This can be seen on the Dreamcast sometime aswell in extreme cases.
No idea how to fix this with emulator settings. It's naturally more visible there because of the increased resolution.
One this that might help to hide it more it to record at a slightly higher resolution and then downsample back to the one you want.

It's too late for me unfortunately. I finished all of my recording a week or two ago.

Now seeing this.. Yes, I remember having something like this in Shenmue II, It happened only once, and because of that I totally forgot about it. I tried to reproduce it, but no luck. I wish I knew what caused it and more importantly what fixed it

I'm pretty sure it's a shortcut the devs used. It can be seen in a lot of PS2 games if you use a component cable and play on a display that's 480i or higher. They probably figured no one would ever see it since the vast majority would be playing on a Dreamcast at the native resolution with composite cables. The poor quality of composite adds some blur and degrades colors to the point that things which shouldn't "blend" do.
