Kickstarter Campaign Final Hours - Twitch Broadcast

Yu Suzuki will be joined with the Shenmue 3 project members in a special live broadcast to count down the final hours as the Kickstarter project comes to a close. Scheduled to make an appearance are animation producer Hiroaki Takeuchi and main character designer Kenji Miyawaki.

Bloodstained did this, and it was a chance viewing of the recorded version on YouTube that made me donate via Paypal. It was a fun event with challenges, speed-runs, interviews... and the host was a professional streamer. I hope we get the same sort of quality, or close to it. If I remember rightly, they made a hell of a lot of money over the course of the stream.

I really hope they have learned from the last time and take the same professional approach as Bloodstained. But I sure don't count on it.

They really needed to hire a professional gaming personality to handle the English side of the Twitch streams. Nothing against Tess but you've got to have a personal more than "Ok....alright....ok.....ok......" People may be able to get used to him and maybe even appreciate his style, but I think someone more well known by gamers would have a MUCH bigger impact on the Twitch and ultimately the Kickstarter funds. Like a Markiplier or a Felicia Day. But what's done is done.

Definitely better video quality and a lot more professional than last but still kind of a shitty broadcast.

Least they have 2 translators this time...offscreen which is good.
