Topic preview thingy

Just a suggestion since I find this very useful at other forums that have it. Not sure what the name of it is though or how easy it is to implicate. Basically when you put the mouse cursor over a topic in a section, it'll preview the first few lines of the topic in a little window. Right now if you do that same thing here it'll say either "New posts" or "No new posts". I do love the feature. Saves me valuable minutes and allows me to avoid shite topics. Thanks for your time new super owners. Love you xxx
