I wouldn't worry about it too much. There's plenty of material out now regarding UE4 in Japanese, plus Epic Games have set up office in Tokyo as well to be close to the numerous indies and smaller studios using UE4.
You may be able to verify, but in some recent photos of the studio staff, there were a number of gaijin working there as well, not including Nocon-kid.
