Hey man, don't worry. I don't know what the final product will be like but I believe in Yu Suzuki. Doesn't mean that the game will be perfect, or that the game will even be alright, but the way I see it is that there's plenty of uncertainty in life. If we only did certain things we couldn't even chance getting out of bed in the morning. So much can go wrong, even in mundane situations. Uncertainty is not always a bad thing though. Creative attempts are usually uncertain, especially innovation or passion projects. Honestly, if there wasn't a little bit of danger I would be more worried. Great work always has obstacles to surpass.

If you do decide to opt out, that's your call and it isn't down to anyone else. No one should be threatening you or viceversa, and opting out isn't the same as threatening. But remember that this project is going to change. I have my reservations, but I'd never forgive myself if this chance slipped away and I didn't do something for Yu after all this time. Whatever you choose, decide so that tomorrow you will have no regrets.

I dunno, it's gotten over 124k views in less than a day and the overwhelming response is positive. Look at the comments and everyone wants to see more.

its definitely helped, and i read a lot of comments praising the music, obviously from people not overly familiar with the soundtrack because its a classic.

it definitely captures the magic of shenmue, and - booty zooming aside - thats the main thing many people appreciate after watching it.

I didn't find anything wrong with the new trailer just like the first one. The most interesting thing about all the complaints is that before Shenmue 3 got announce I remembered reading lots of comments in forums or on facebook about people saying they would play Shenmue 3 with Dreamcast graphics or on the Saturn or even on a handheld. A thing of wonder...

The booty zoom I don't even mind. I think it's hilarious and fits within the kung fu movie cheese the series is famous for.

Yes these trailers will look like Shenmue saturn videos compared with Shenmue dreamcast. Yu is a perfectionist. Still 2 years of development and now they actually getting money.
