Shenmue 3 & E3 2017 - UPDATE - Confirmed will NOT be at E3

Well that was crap. Other than Shadow of the Colossus, really, really underwhelming.

No Shemue 3 of course it's underwhelming..

Just wait for Shenmue 3 at E3 2018 and be shell shocked.

Yeah, I suppose PSX or TGS are the next big events which could offer Shenmue 1 and 2 HD.

Still, a reasonably good conference. Some nice new PSVR games in the works. Plus, Monster Hunter World marks the return of that franchise to PlayStation, which is a big deal.

It was better than Microsoft. I expected an hour and a half. But at least it was trailer after trailer. At this point who knows when they'll announce the HD remakes. SOTC looked amazing. And I'm so excited fo Spider-Man.

Well it's sad to see the usual disappointed comments around here, like we're so used to.
But yeah, there's always the next event with the next possibility coming up so let's forget about this one real quick and look forward to the next one, mildly optimistic.

Definitely is a bummer no HD Collection yet hopefully it'll be announced at psx for this Dec or spring '18. Sony had a okay conf (SOTC Remake will be fantastic) I felt overall but I think it was more surprising that none of their big games (GOW, Detroit, Days Gone, or even Spider-Man. Also no Sucker Punch game.) had a surprise 2017 date. The only big game I can think of that'll come out this year is GT Sport. I was bored by the VR stuff. Still a decent conference but underwhelming a bit personally for me.

As disappointed as I am about there being nothing Shenmue-related, it's more the piss-poor lineup that's done it for me.

Yeah, No Shenmue, No FromSoft, No Death Stranding, No anything that's not an Uncharted Ripoff or COD/Destiny bologna. So boring. Games are just bad movies these days.

Didn't expect anything but can't help but feel gutted.

However we have all got over far worse and waited a long long time before and we should be encouraged that the HD releases are still likely. It's another disappointment but the guys are hard at work perfecting our long awaited Shenmue 3.

Give it a day or two and we will forget this and get hyped again for the next possible event we might see an announcement

For what it's worth I think that the QTEs in that Spiderman game looks great. So we might have the opposite affect, with QTEs been more widely acceptedin time for Shenmue 3's release.
