Yea I was on the website on Friday and I was astonished with the virtual tour! I know exactly where to go one I get in the front doors. There's 4 halls all located in the basement. I wasn't sure which one it would be in, but if it was in Camille Blanc last year then it could be there again. I am registered with the site, just hope it's not an early queue system type deal.

A bit pessimistic since after the KS ended, the words used for MM was "new material" shown. Since then, it's been glanced over really.

Ah, I don't mind either way, as long as I get into the confrence it will be well worth the trip

Even so, I don't think they'll regurgitate the stuff from the Chinese conference. It'll have been four months or so from the China stuff, and month seven of development on the game. I think we'll at least get a little tour of Bailu Village and a look at new Ryo and Shenhua models.

Double post, but I found this quote from the SEGANERDS interview with Cedric a back in November.

One big update should happen during the MAGIC in Monaco next February 27.

So we should definitely see something cool at the end of Feb. Very envious of those there in person!

MAGIC have posted an update regarding a few surprises appearing on their website. There could possibly be an incoming update if there is anything Shenmue related to be revealed.

I missed the info on the website but the conference is likely to happen in the 800-seated Salle Prince Pierre actually.

I'd say vips and press will have the first few rows reserved up.

Murdiaries, I didn't really get a chance to check out hotels in Nice. I decided it would just be worth the extra money to stay in Monte Carlo itself since its a tiny enough place. But those booking sites are fairly reliable if you tow the time between price and ratings. Also, I believe it's the number 100 bus you will need from Nice to Monaco, but give yourself plenty of time on the Saturday because I'd say the place will be insane.

What time Magic Monaco press conference starts today and where can I watch it?

No idea. Cedric is in Paris now though so I don't think it'll be too much longer. It's nearly 4PM in France right now.

The question is if the screens are released immediately after the press conference or not.

In theory, the screens will be released by the end of today for you. Worst case scenario we get press descriptions of what was shown.
