Yoshitaka is just an artist who has done artwork and cover designs etc, mostly for the Final Fantasy series. He has never worked on Shenmue before, so that was what I thought the tweet was aiming for.

Magic Monaco will be held on 27-28th of February in fact.
Cédric Biscay tweeted about the Press Conference planned on January the 20th.
