Yea I can't remember where it was specifically but LanDC dug into the game files, and he was just another Street fighter you had to defeat. It was in the Tiger Gate building I think? Trained at Tiger Gate Kung Fu etc. If some one can find the topic, that would be awesome.

I'm sure he will be a major character. he says clearly to ryo he will remember his name. I think he might be brother of xiuying

He could end up being one of those villians like Chai or Don Niu.
