Can we please do another countdown to E3/twitch/stream kind of thing? This is more exciting then E3 as we know Shenmue 3 is gonna be there for real, there's gonna be actual footage and also new announcements. I used to love getting home from work and going on youtube to see everyone chatting while Shenmue music played. Good times.

The dojo will be streaming Shenmue music daily 7 days before Gamescom starts.

So who's in? Who's going to be there? We have the potential for the biggest meet up, so it would be awesome to see a lot of you there!

I'm definitely considering it. Had a look and it appears that Saturday is already sold out, would be good to know when they're doing their bit!

I'm thinking of going. I might travel with my brother and/or girlfriend who are also huge fans (not registered here though). And yes, it would be great to know when they plan on showing Shenmue 3.

I've tickets for Wed-Fri, and a hotel booked near the airport! But those are a backup if anything. I will wait to hear what YSNETs plans are, see about gaining access if required. It's certainly not as straight forward as MAGIC. If it's a one day deal, I will amend the itinerary as necessary. But a full days Shenmue meet up would be amazing! Get the T shirts on guys, and the cameras at the ready! Might even look to set it up at a different venue in Cologne if necessary.

Are the tickets sold out or something? Just looking at the website it looks like they are. Is that just for the advance tickets, since I've never been before I don't know how it works, can you pay on the door? Anyone else been before to this? There's such little info on the Gamescom website to figure all of this out.

It sounds really intriguing and I"m seriously considering going there. Need to know when YS Net are going to be there though, since I probably won't get an entire week off from work. Probably will get a day off or two days max.

We'll have to wait and see but I'd really like to go.

Yeah, it would be so awesome, especially if Yu was gonna hold an autograph session after the presentation. I'd probably just go there for the day YS Net are there so that should work out. There really aren't any other things at Gamescom I care about so I'd be ok with briefly visiting the fair.

The chance to meet Yu Suzuki face to face, only a two hour drive/train ride from home sounds like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to me. I really gotta find a way to make this work. Hope YS Net announce the exact date soon so I can plan ahead.

I live just only around 50 kilometers in the near of cologne. But i don't have plans to visit gamescom again. Just to wait hours to watch a little video we can see later on youtube.
