I'd honestly rather they just keep the logo they want at this point. The constant changes are the thing that concerns me the most. We need some stability at this point...

It's probably some copyright issue once Yu signed the publishing deal with deep silver

If YSnet were able to use it when the game was being published by Sony/Shibuya Productions, there shouldn't really be anything stopping them using it with Deep Silver either.

Funny how a change in the viewing angle makes a difference in people perception.
I'm not saying there isn't some progress with the Ryo model featured on today's picture, but as I said earlier, in my opinion they are really close to get the "full on Ryo model Experience".

I would be more then okay if he looked like that in the game. He was never gonna look like the original, this was something to be expected I guess. I'm quite content with how he looks now, just hope Shenhua will look better too.

Honestly? I prefer this new model of Ryo.

Curious if we'll see any other new character designs tomorrow (Ren, Lan Di, Niao Sun ect) than just Ryo and Shenhua.

Once the trailer does hit for those at home, be patient, prepare according (ideally on a huge screen tv with the volume all the way up) and:

Sit down,
breath,
think about what you're about to watch for just a second,
the entire journey, from the very first moment we started,
through all the years,
tweetathons,
petitions,
twitch streams,
those moments when you're listening to the soundtrack and in awe of the brilliance of it all,
those moments before going to bed,
all those articles you'd read about that lead to nowhere,

Those moments you've wished you were a multi-millionaire just so you could angel-invest for Shenmue 3 because everything else just seemed utterly impossible.

All those discussions you've had with friends and family (in my case since I was 11, practically every significant person in my life i've met) when you're just trying to communicate how this one game on this moribund console was an experience to be believed.
And you've really moved them too, if not through the game, it was through the movie, failing that the extremely moving music, the shenmue 3 announcement or just simply expressing your utter love for this franchise and how that shaped you onward and upward.

Through witnessing shenmue in the spotlight once again at e3 2015, and the heavy campaigning it took to convince everyone that this was in their best interest despite all the uncertainty that came with how unprecedented this all was.

All the wonderful bat-shit crazy fans we've met around the web and in real life as well as the ones who are sadly not hear with us to witness what we've been striving for so DAMN long.

And through all of that we actually managed to get to where we are right now and achieve the ONE thing we've always wanted. Unbelievable.

Thank you all SO MUCH! :-)

Environments look incredible! Facial animations could use some work but hey, it's in development so I'm not bothered. Very very cool to finally see the game in motion!

Environments look great, and I'm really impressed with the mo-cap for the bodily animations, very smooth. Facial animations need work, already seeing a lot of comments about that on YouTube and reddit comparing it to Mass Effect: Andromeda. That said, we're a year from release and I'm optimistic that facial animations are being saved for the end when voice acting is done.

The detail on things like the tea set is fantastic.

Can't wait to ride the Choubou boat
