Another one for you all.

Deep Silver is now the international publisher for Shenmue 3 on PC & PS4 but YsNet has still to find a publisher for Japan.
SEGA is the name that comes to my mind, especially if they eventually release Shenmue 1&2 HD.

What do you think, thoughts?

I don't really think so, most games get delayed, and 3 years from a kickstarter game (that has quite a bigger budget) it's not much.

They have to do tactfully, with prevision and with giving info/hype about it though, I think they did it quite well before E3, and the news were well recieved.

Brother, that's a tough card to throw down. I was down visiting my mother the other day to help out, my old trunk full of gaming magazines had a PC Gamer magazine with Duke Nukem Forever revealed...a cover feature. 1996.

Yeah the DNF comparisons are tenuous at best, for plenty of reasons.

Doesn't mean people won't make them, however.

Ultimately if the game benefits from another delay so be it. Delays are on the whole good for a project. The only problem is if the project doesn't show the benefit of an extended dev cycle.

Easy, I want them to sign stuff at Gamescom again ;) On our way there, my brother thought of something interesting that Yu could write when signing my stuff. Of course I forgot about it until afterwards.

Regarding another delay, I think that it wouldn't be good PR. Personally, while this first delay will improve the game, it's a bit annoying too since it means more waiting as a fan. Besides, there's higher odds of me not being able to play the game
