THQ Nordic, parent company of Shenmue 3 publisher Deep Silver, will not be attending E3 this year.

Deep Silver are on the attendees list last I checked.

They're operating as separate entities, as you can see on the list below. Until Deep Silver says they're out too, they're at E3.
