I just gave up on shenmeu III. I still think its coming out but I gave upa ny hope to it ocming out anytime soon.

Nothing now. But I'll wait... even if its not announced this E3 (even though I am 90% positive it will) I will continue waiting and checking up on Shenmue.com and various Shenmue news sites. Most of us probably will, if we are loyal Shenmue fans, we will be wondering if we haven't checked it for a week if any news at all occurred.

So no, none yet... but according to Shenmue.com, we will have some soon. Wait a bit longer.

What? E3 is far from our last chance of seeing it. And, it's not like e3 is our next chance to see it either. They can announce it whenever they feel they should. E3 is their chance to show it off...but it's possible digital rex could pop in a video with some footage of their new games...and the final minute or 2 will be shenmue III. That would be some awesome surprise...wish I could be there if that happened.

I can't wait until it's announced though!!! The wait will be so much easier. We'll have screens and movies to gawk over, and i'll be buying every magazine that has anything pertaining to shenmue III in it. The wait from when its announced until it's released will be fun.

Again I bring up the reminder Nintendo wanted the metroid series dead since it was not popular in japan...but after alot of griping from fans and ALOT of patience and 8 years later a new game came out.

It's not a matter of if shenmue III will come out it's a matter of when. ;)

^ That is what I am thinking but I have a feeling that nothing will be shown at e3. Not because nothing has been done but maybe becuase sega do not want to unviel anything at such a high profile event such as e3. No doubt with games like mgs3, new metroid, halo 2 etc shenmue3 will seem minute and noone will give it a look amongst so many other popular games and I think that would be a wise desicion. Maybe TGS would be more wise cos at that show its not usually announcements made but second showings so shenmue would be in the spotlight and would get more attention.

To be honest if nothing is said this year then I don't think it's comming. The message did say they would have something for us this year though.

actually, now that Sammy is practicfly in control of sega is is now giving sega orders.....we might not see shenmue II for a long time...
