Here's one for your OCD. Even if you did find an easier way you'd still have that tick in the back of your head going, "I didn't do it the hardest way possible... technically it's not 100% complete". Take a stand, brother! Tell your OCD, "NO!", and then go play some shenmue... yo!

Again thanks for all of the replies, though I can't bring myself to put this aside and continue playing Shenmue. I've tried again on Space Harrier and managed to get to Stage 15, though I just choke every time I get further than I got previously and lose all of my lives.

This OCD is getting so bad that I go on the internet and just search for all things related to Space Harrier for hours on end, and I can't get any good sleep because of it.

Has anyone managed to get the Harrier Token on these forums? Are you guys sure that there is no other way to get the Harrier Token besides beating Space Harrier? I just can't do it, it moves too fast for me and is just too stressful; It isn't really fun to play for me.

There are definitely "regular" cheat codes available in the other console versions of Space Harrier. Were these not preserved in the Shenmue port?

Try entering CNT as your name in the high score and see if that works. There are tons of others you can try to see what, if anything, they carried over.
