I've never had that glitch before, but sometimes, when I start the game, the camera is at an odd angle (making it difficult to see where you're going) and Ryo's neck and head are tilted upwards. But, here it looks like his head isn't screwed on quite right!

Ryo's pouring Coke into his ear! You actually have the authentic machines in the Japanese version. Cool beans!
