Rondo of Blood is a PC Engine Super CD which is a format that I believe works in the TG16 CD. It's an amazing game. Other notable CD games are Ys Book I & II, R-Type Complete (basically a combination of the R-Type I and II Hu Cards with different music), and Fighting Street. It plays like complete ass, but I get a kick out of it since it's the FIRST Street Fighter game.
There's a nice bunch of other TG16 titles to discover: R-Type I & II (if you don't get the CD), Splatterhouse, Devil's Crush, Legendary Axe I & II, Neutopia, Bonk's Revenge... just to name a few.
Oh, I can't tell from the pic, but I'd be on the lookout for a Turbo Booster if you don't have one, just to get that sweet, sweet stereo sound. If you get the CD attachment you won't need it as it has the RCA audio out anyway.
Oh, you can buy Hu Card sleeves on eBay if you have any loose cards that you'd like to keep protected.
I've always loved the underdog systems which is why the TG16 holds a special place in my heart.
