Watch Dogs

:shock: ...Wow....

I'm not the one normally going wow over graphics. Yes I know in 2 years this will look old as everything changes so fast. But I'm still impressed. (I still get impressed by past gens visuals as well depending on the game)

This creenshot has done something I have not done since dreamcast, Marvel it. The little details like the sky scrapers lights are on in areas. I will do now what I did then. Can you see the people in the windows moving or at lease some movement? Can I go in there and explore every room?

I saw the video but the video was fuzzy due to shit streaming sites. This is the first screen shot they released just a couple days ago. Now I can see it in full HD

yeah sure maybe WD has better textures and more polygons on the buildings, but there is no real difference between the engines( judging from that picture of course)

Game interests me none but an impressive show. Somehow they are porting it to consoles

Btw, this game looks pretty interesting, but I think I might get bored with it. I need to see more.

they will probably decrease the view distance, and use some sort of back-face culling like shenmue 1

it makes the console calculate only the visible mesh, the one facing the camera, the back side of every object is technically nonexistent, nearly the half of the polygons,which is smart and totally awesome and makes the game runs faster, sadly few games uses that method, but i'm not sure why :???:

I'm still waiting for a game that let's me expore an entire city where I can go in every room of every building even sky scrapers. No buildings closed off at all. Whether you break in or can walk in.

Not only that but each room has to be customised and unique.
