Apparently when a game is "medium" or "high" in availability, Gamefly just give you the next game that is, in fact, "Available Now."

So instead of Revengeance and Tomb Raider, i'm getting ZoE: HD Collection. Which doesn't piss me off, been wanting to play Second Runner for a VERY long time now, but...GODDAMMIT I WANNA PLAY REVENGEANCE NOW!!

I just found out the official development kit for the original Playstation was leaked online a few years ago. I remember desperately wanting a Net Yaroze (a kind of watered down development kit) back in the day but the massive price tag made it totally unobtainable.

I know now that I wouldn't have been able to make anything because I'm not artistic and don't know how to program anything but the idea of creating a Playstation era type of game still seems really awesome.

Net Yaroze, I remember getting those on demo disks sometimes! :D Hover Car Racing was one me and a mate played in multiplayer quite a lot. There were a few other decent ones I think, but also quite a load of stuff that was shite, but I played anyway 'cos I felt I had to, since I knew one guy had slaved away for a long time to make each game. 8)
That was quite weird that I thought like that at that age, actually. :???:

Also;

If that was an actual real near-accident that was game-ized, and not a movie scene that was game-ized, then the avoidance skills of the car with the camera were amazing! =D>

Yeah I remember the game you're talking about, there was actually a few decent looking Net Yaroze games around, one of which (Terra Incognita I think it was called) had comparable graphics to some of the officially licensed games.

I still have tons of those demos, I'd say I spent about 70%+ of my actual gaming time back then on demos, new game purchases were few and far between.

Bastion is one of my favourite games this gen, possibly ever. I cannot wait to find out more about this. I'm liking what I see (and hear) already.

Hmm... my sister got me a giftcard for my birthday yesterday. There's enough money on the card to get a PSP, which I've been eyeing. However, I still have a bit over a hundred games on my wishlist to get through. Adding the PSP's library on top of that means a lot more games to pay for in the future. On the other hand, I hear pirating for the PSP is pretty simple...

A video which shows exactly why people hate COD and so called MLG, e-Sports, top-tier pro players.

I love how they try to act like hard men but you can hear their voices break at some parts. People actually go to sponsor these dickheads? Come off it. Their behaviour is anything but professional and does shame on themselves, their sponsors and the organisers of the event who are only too happy to encourage the idea it's a "sport". Fuck off.
