Trouble Logging In To Forums?

We've recently made some updates and fixes due to the overwhelming amount of activity over the past week. If you're having trouble logging in, simply clear your cookies for the site and retry. This will solve the issue.

Please reply if you had the problem and this fixed the issue. We'd like to make sure all is well.

ignore this, everything works now

My bad I was using Ccleaner to clear up cookies, apparently it didn't get rid of shenmue dojo's cookies, until I opened up firefox and went to history > clear recent history > clear cookies check > set to everything > clear now. :oops:

Is this issue on Tapatalk too?

I used it earlier and it said I was banned or something everytime I logged into that.

Just close the app completely and login again. I use Tapatalk as well.

Luckily this is a one time thing. Takes a second and then you're good, just causing confusion to those unaware.

Yes, this works. If you're using Chrome, press shift+F5 when you're on the Dojo to clear your cache. You can delete only Shenmue Dojo cookies by copying this "chrome://settings/cookies" into the address bar, searching for "www.shenmuedojo.net" and then clicking "Remove all shown". That way you won't need to log in to things like Facebook, twitter, Youtube etc. again.

I have to purge any and all sessions for this error to be fixed. Again and for the last time, clear any and all cookies, then log back in.

Thanks for your support.

I've noticed that sometimes when I try to access a thread via tapatalk I get a notification that I've been banned from it. I'm not sure why that is? After a couple of more attempts it does eventually work though.

Is this a tapatalk issue or a forum related bug/problem with my account?
