There would be an easy way to push the Shenmue 3 Kickstarter

They have to make clear that Shenmue 3 will never be Released for PS4 in Physical form later im Stores( I know, not really known so far).. and at the same Time have to make a new Reward for a physical PS4 copy only available over this Kickstarter... I think that could make a big push for this KS!


...and make that Dragon/Phönix Mirror Replicas I guess that would help also.

Don't know if that would get us that many new backers though.Sure, a lot of PS4 backers would upgrade their pledge but then again, I'll happily buy my PS4 copy of the game when it comes out. Don't need it as a KS reward, really. Plus, PC players already do have their physical copy.

No offense intended, but that would be dumb and pretty much confirm Shenmue 3 as a commercial failure.

Don't think that would work at all to be quite honest.

1. A lot of fans are giving money to see the game be made.
2. Not having it released at retail would make a lot f people worry
3. The best thing to do is just get the physical, special editions and a super cool dreamcast case limted edition as well.

For the KS and after it's release. No reason to limite it.
