Game Informer Shenmue Chronicles Playthrough

It's not bad at all. Sure, they're not focused all the time. But in addition to playing the game and enjoying it, they're having a fun conversation. Which really works well for a playthrough for a game like this, with lots of in game time to kill.

They did forgot to save though! So they must have left the Dreamcast on to continue playing later or they have to play the last hour again!

Yea that's true I suppose.

Yea they really should always save before going to sleep. They'll probally have someone replay the last hour, before the next stream.

PS. It's rather annoying, I've been telling them they should go to the Antique store for ages now, because you can buy move scrolls, do they never read Youtube posts or something sigh.

I really don't get why these review sites/magazines do lets plays at all, when they play once a week at most(usually It's once every 2 weeks or a month).

How can you even really enjoy a game, when you're playing like 1h every two weeks/a month sigh.

They don't have time. They usually uploaded one or two videos per week for Shenmue. Don't forget it was holidays the last month.

These guys have great chemistry. I'm enjoying the play through immensely.
I don't really understand why people get upset when they go on tangents about something unrelated to shenmue. It's all in good fun.

I am enjoying it too. Too bad they will be doing Beyong Good and Evil instead of Shenmue 2 when they finish Shenmue 1.

It's not that rare yet, not by a long shot, It's just very expensive, if we're talking the PAL DC game. The XBOX version is still common, and fairly cheap though, for obvious reasons.

On the other hand, oddly enough, the Pal version of Shenmue 1, does seem to be pretty damn rare these days, everyone probally bought them out when Shenmue 3 was "just" announced, because they where only worth 40 at the time, opposed to the sky rocketing Shenmue 2 prices.

You can still get the US version of Shenmue 1, as it had the highest print run then any of the regions, but people want the Pal version atm, because they know if they get the Pal version of 2 later on, they can transfer their save file over.
