Will it make it into Shenmue 3 in some form? Should it make it into Shenmue 3? I can't imagine a Shenmue game without it and its classic theme music. I was actually surprised there wasn't a TCS in Kowloon somewhere. Anyone know why that was?

Well the 2nd area is suppose to be a port city of sorts, so I say It's a very good possibility, don't expect to see such in Bailu Village though.

They seemed to strip the whole beauty of the Tomato Convenience Store down in Shenmue 2 overall really, no raffle, just a straight capsule toy for buying chocolate, didn't feel much point to the whole system really which was disappointing. I wonder why if both games were worked on at the same time, they removed features in Shenmue 2, like the cassette player and tapes you could buy from the store aswell. It also would have been quite nice if say Fangmei had an animal, maybe a dog this time around lol, and you could buy bones and food from the store aswell this could have helped the hidden Fangmei morale system aswell.

It'd be funny if as an easter egg they just had some Chinese dude as a tomato vendor who whistles the Tomato Convenience Store theme, or someone playing it on a guzheng.

Tomato is a trademark of Shenmue, even a licensed version of kiosk would work. I just cant see a way to fit Izumi Takano in it... so bad.
