What do you think we will see in this month's update

I wonder how AJ will respond to questioning about this via the Kickstarter messages, given what they said to khmlight3 is technically bullshit now:

I messaged YS Net on Kickstarter and they said there should be one at the end of the month!

There's the outside chance an update was meant for today, but got pulled, or wasn't ready in time. I mean, maybe a video render got screwed up and it was outside office hours before anybody noticed?

I don't think so they told me they were doing one at the end of the month maybe they delayed it by one day and plus it's been a month and they can do a lot in that time!

As spags says, I'm sure the waiting game is the best thing going for us right now (at least until the 3rd of Feb), but I'm sure something tangible and cool is coming soon before Monaco.

So I thought I'd produce my own update for this month on my thread in the community section to summarise what I've been doing, hopefully it will fill some of the void of no kickstarter updates today, but no promises xD Hope you enjoy, stuff like this helps keep me sane from the day to day grind!

Nah. It'd be pretty dumb if they did that, given December's second update was basically a Christmas card and a recap of the previous update on December 15th.

In a few hours, all will be revealed as AJ hopefully start answering questions.

MAGIC is on the 18th. We're just holding out until Friday (Feb 3rd) to see if an update drops, otherwise it'll probably be another wait to the end of the month.

There's always a chance they'll do something on the 3rd for #SaveShenmue. Cedric Biscay did briefly express his thoughts on Shenmue 1 and 2 HD as well as our efforts to keep sega aware and informed on twitter. I know to some his words don't hold weight post-PSX but perhaps there are plans for YS.net to get more involved in order to make a bigger push for Feb? Or it may be nothing, but the question remains, is (or was there) any update planned for January or not?
