That's actually incorrect. The Crucible balances all weapons so there is zero level advantages or disadvantage. It comes down to preference of loadouts, but not worth. I still feel it needs quite a bit of balancing (it was actually better in the Alpha), but they've got the right idea. Makes sense.....
