Yes that's the 80mins version, and nullDC works fine on my Windows 8.1 machine, get the latest r150 release and update your VGA drivers and you should be fine.

It might be easier to just buy Shenmue II on Xbox which includes the Shenmue movie DVD. I'm sure you can find it dirt cheap somewhere.
