The word "confirmed" has become the most bastradized word in the gaming community these past few years. Oh what's that? A small ridiculous nod to a game franchise that's been long forgotten? CONFIRMED.

Don't get me wrong. I want shenmue 3 as much as the next person, but I hate seeing every gaming rumor have the word "confirmed" next to it. It's fucking stupid.

Besides gaming, one of my favorite hobbies is photography. I started out doing darkroom photography in high school with my Pentax K1000 camera. Still have it and love it. I then went to digital with my Canon Rebel 2Ti. I love this thing. It so closely resembles the freedom of a film camera, while having the modern conveniences of a digital camera.

I think this would work best as an OPTION, but not mandatory. Sort of like the harder difficulties in Fallout New Vegas. If you selected the "more real" option or whatever it was called, you had to eat and rest in order to survive. Its a neat option, but people can very easily get turned away by something like this. That being said, it would be nice to have Ryo just eat more in general as part of cut scenes or something to seem more real.

I also have recently gotten into speedrunning but am mostly only interested in Super Metroid and Link to the Past.

I love Link to the Past, though I couldn't imagine speed running it.

Love cooking, Photography (both film and digital), reading, games, really listening to music.

My dad recently let me borrow his Minolta XG 9, but it's just sitting in a closet. I really need to get off my ass and take some shots with it. Got some film in the fridge that needs to get used.

Nice. Before I got my Pentax film camera, I used an old Minolta. Its a great brand. And if you can, I would highly recommend messing around with expired film or just older film in general. You get some neat results and very odd looking colors.

Also, while the long haired guy was totally annoying, I found the translator even more annoying. He had a lot of trouble articulating Yu Suzuki's words into English.

Yeah he clearly did, the long haired guy was so goofy it was charming in a way. The translator didn't really sell any ideas that Suzuki had. I felt like Suzuki could have been saying some awesome stuff and while the translator got the gist of it, he didn't deliver the full message and the amount of "uh" and "ah"s supports that theory.

Yeah there was the one answer where Suzuki was talking for like a good 30-45 seconds and when the translator started talking he said maybe like 10 words. I was like wtf? Surely he missed something there.

Took this behind an aquarium in the middle of Mt. Fuji when I was there a few years ago. Don't know why I like it so much. Just eerie I guess.

Its definitely an awesome video and I enjoy it as well. Its perfect for kickstarter. However, just not at this time. The kinds of videos they have been posting are the kinds of videos that should be posted once the kickstarter is finished and they need updates every so often to keep interest. These videos are for the long time fans and they are playing hard on the nostalgia factor. Once again, these videos really aren't bringing in any new people.
