Interested to see what the 15 exclusives for the first year are.

Forza 5 looks nice at least but i wanted PGR
















But with the install thing. What if you get a game and hate it and take it back? Will they just say no fuck you?

Nice design IMO reminds me of the original XBox in a few ways.


That's all i have right now but ill wait till E3 to see what games they offer.

Pros:

Remedy are making a game for it.
You'll like it if you like Forza and EA games.
Halo TV Series (hehe)
It's a TV box. (All in one, super box)
Your gamerscore carries over.
No always online for single player.

Cons:
Buy used games, you have to pay to play 'em - or to activate them [so essentially, in a few years time if you get a game used, you won't be able to play them]
You have to own a Kinect (and keep it plugged in at all times) for the next Xbox to work.
No backwards compatibility (which includes Xbox Live games)
Lack of new games (so far).

In my opinion, I don't think we should shit on it until all of the details are revealed. I didn't know about the used games thing before, and the lack of backwards compatibility is also a bit of a downer. What about the ps4? is it backwards compatible? And do we know if the Xbox will still be subscription based?

Do we know yet if the PS4 doesn't need the camera plugged in? Surely it works with the sensor on the pad?

I can sort of understand no BC on retail but digital as well is a pain in the arse. Shall be keeping my 360 but not my PS3 at this rate. Shall play Yakuza 4 then that's my PS3 collection done.

Had this BS MS has put in I would never be able to enjoy those systems.

I'm not defending them but if you're not buying the console until it's out of production then Microsoft has no reason to care about your concerns. They're not making any money off you either way.

a lot of the stuff that was announced is shit worthy. if they don't change it by launch then its a fuckup (and I'm trying to see the good in this situation) if they do change this stuff by launch then its good we shit on it because it made a difference. so its a win win if we shit right now.

Lets say you needed a fee to play a used game remembering that they have said you can install the game then the disc doesn't need to be in the console.

So i could buy the game new and install it and then sell/give it to a friend who then pays the fee which lets say is £10/$15 and then for the next game he buys it first then i buy the code.


People would actually abuse the hell out of something like that which is why i think we need to wait for MS to come out and fully explain.
