ive been googleing my question for a few days and finally found an answer. this is what i found

ALERT SPOILERS!!!! Ok I just beat it so here goes, once you beat the dawngaurd storyline you receive a bow call Auriel's bow which has two types of special arrows, sunhallowed elven and blood cursed elven each of these does a specific thing to the sun... when you fire the bloodcursed arrows at the sun the sun turns into a red and black ring and darkness descends upon the sky ( all you can see is the red ring where the sun used to be) the sun remains like this for that day in anytime time once the sun sets it will rise again the normal way. In short no it doesn't stay blacked out. The other arrow makes the sun grow... it gets very bright and it starts raining meteators( don't do this in a city) after a few seconds of meteators the sun goes back to the way it was.
Also the sunhallowed arrows explode in a ball of light when you shoot them while the blood arrows don't do anything besides the sun thing

I am waiting for Skyrim to be bundled with it's DLC in disc form, I'd say I still have to wait at least 1.5 years for that. I know Dawnguard just came out, how much more substantial add-ons are planned for it? Like I have Oblivion but have not played it yet, but its the version that has all the add-ons with it.

I'm also waiting for it to be bundled, though I'll probably get it for PC. My playthrough of Morrowind on the PC was pretty much bug-free thanks to the unofficial patch and console access to take care of the tiny bugs left over.

I haven't run into anything game breaking during on my PS3 GOTY copy of Oblivion, but I've already encountered a bug that's prevented me from finishing a quest.

On a side note, I stumbled into this blog where a guy tries to play as an average civilian in the Oblivion world.

It's a bethseda game. They don't have just bugs they have infestations of bugs. They make the buggiest games around.

I never said I was surprised, I just asked which quest so I know what might happen to me.

I always expect every game I play to at least have 1 bug. It's part of gaming. No matter who makes the game.

Yeah I knew about the Skyrim glitches but Kiba said he hasn't ran into any really. Then again he liked the Dragon's Dogma demo. I ked I ked.

The worst glitch I have ran into on my PS3 so far would be...... besides a game freezing which has been really rare and thats not really a glitch per se would be the one from Darksiders where I fell through the ground into nothingness, the same thing happened to you I know Bluecast.
