That is changing Link's story. Revising the mechanics would help too but I think a change in story would help greatly too.

Links awaking and the overlooked Oracle games did change the story.

I would even settle for those type of things again.
MM had a good alt story,it was just the gameplay and 3 day stuff that pissed me off.

MM had a good take on it. I do agree those two other things weren't up to par. It was basically a recycled OOT, which is fine and all but the dungeons and worlds didn't captivate me nearly as much.

Oh yeah and since I finally have access to the videos and other content about this title, it looks decent.

I can even see mish-mashes of Panzer Dragoon and Shadow of the Colossus. Let alone Soul Reaver, Zelda, WoW, DMC/GoW, Fable, and other shit I can't think of. Even the main character reminds me of a cross between Acclaim's failure of a mascot Vexx and the main guy from Assassin's Creed.

What the fuck, seriously. They should've called this Joe Mad's Derivative: The Game. Regardless, the derivatives probably make it fun anyway. It looks like it takes all the best elements and mixes them in for solid entertainment.

To keep it relevant, this is me playing Darksiders..

Price has dropped, but I'm still not fussed about games enough to shell out for it yet. Dreamcast syndrome. I've gone retro..

It's THQ's own fault though.
In January amidst ME2,MAG,NMH2,TvC already hyped and releasing so close together along comes Darksiders and while seemingly good still should have released later.

They didn't confirm it just considering it,they said the same about de blob and then went silent for over a year now again saying they are considering one but still won't confirm it.
