Sinister, grotesque, frightning enemies in games

The title says it all, really.

My first mention is on the creepy camp, and has much to do with the metaphor behind it's at first apparently messy, uninspired even, design:

SH2 story spoilers: I think it represents the abuse Angela was a victim of, as a child. The monster looks like a man investing upon a child, in a bed. The screaming mouths, almost like vaginal holes, also point to this tragic, disturbed truth.

A more tragical-comical entry, bizarre in it's own right, from Parasite Eve:

I think the pregnant version of Eve from the first Parasite Eve was pretty damn jarring the first time you see her.

And as an extra bit of icing on that cake, I always found it creepy as hell in that cutscene how all she does when Aya walks in is puts her finger to her lips.
"The baby is sleeping."
(she doesn't say that, but the implication is still creepy)

The damned Blood mother from Dragon Age. Everything about how one is made and what it does is pretty disturbing.

Basically there are these magic..zombie things called the "Darkspawn". For each race in the Dragon Age univrse theres a corresponding Darkspawn. How are they created? Well if a living being gets infected with the blood of a Darkspawn they become one, but theres a more sinister way of making them. The Bloodmother.

Basically the Darkspawn take a female of a race, then keep feeding her flesh laying around (Darkspawn, Dwarf, Human anything) between bouts of what is implied to be rape. In time the woman grows to become the horrible creature and annoying boss you see now. A creature that births whatever darkspawn corresponds to her original race.

Could not find a good pic. Besides does not do it justice. Ok it's tame now but back then in the late 90's this was the best looking console game before DC. The thing jiggles and squirts and slimes and all sorts of nasty fluids and just looks nasty and it's a mom. Hard to beat as well. A lot of nostalgia in this game for me and that boss still sticks out to me

Let's keep the momma train rollin'!

This one from D2 always creeped me the hell out. Aside from the voice yelling "Kill me!" over and over in the background, it obviouly looks like... well... y'know.
Best part is around 6:20.
Makes me pop the craziest boner every time.
