Probably would have made more sense just to release the latest version of Street Fighter 2 and replace the other FOUR with the original Street Fighter, X-Men vs. Street Fighter and putting some effort into making them all HD/widescreen.

I doubt Marvel would let them use X-Men in anything, so re-releases of those games are probably a no-go. Anyway, I personally prefer that they keep the original 4:3 aspect ratio, and this all looks great. Also, I don't know when I last heard the term "arcade perfect" in an ad :)
The only thing I kind of wish was for Street Fighter 1 to have an online leaderboard... only because I think that would be hilarious haha.

Well the news is saying that Disney could confirm their purchase of FOX any day now meaning they'll have the X-Men movie rights back.

But yeah, I'm definitely not one of the haters on this. Even at full price they could have gotten my money with just an Alpha collection or something, but having every single other sprite-based release in one place sounds like a deal to me.

I like the idea, but 26 different versions of Street Fighter 2 seems a tad excessive, not to mention that they didn't even include the SF2 HD Remix....or Street Fighter: the Movie (game). Just sayin'.
Re: X-men vs Street Fighter- I would love a "Capcom Crossover" collection including most of the "Vs." titles.
That would be damn sweet.
