^^ it stands to reason.
the general public will pay for it should it be a thing.
...
and as for 'everybody benefits'...we know better and we also know, ALL won't, full stop.
(fuck! never thought of ex-specials as guards, and they would be unstable to say the least. lost a friend to the royal marines, his brains went into full-time grunt shoot em up, screw query mode/supremacist.)
it'll be biased.
i'm not too worried, expect the worst anyway and prepare as best as i can. (in a sense, an absolution of guilt for resolve, a coping mechanism.)
...
there's one other option, but it requires a national effort, but we don't have it in us collectively (or the firearms) to take on the gvt and make our voices heard.
we screwed, by ourselves.
[edit]
prince philip?
he (among a good few with the wealth agree) wants a mass population culling, he's overt in his support for eugenics, and the extermination of 'different' and what he perceives to be 'low grade stock' of cattle.
(if reincarnation was possible, i'd like to come back as a virus, so i can feel i contributed. P.R.)

Why warranted? Their removal and arrest was warranted not the public lynching. I like to believe that we're past that kind of behaviour in western countries.

Yeah, that was fucked up. Bunch of angry dudes kicking the one girl while she was down. Disgusting.

Feminists protesting Islam makes plenty of sense. I'm 100% for it.

I misinterpreted Kenny's remark. Warranted, somehow, is this kind of public showing by so-called feminists if the mindset is to change.

This mindset, for instance.

Please. They're fucking stupid if they thought their protest was going to change anything. There are proper, and smart, ways to work towards change -- if that's what they desire. Regardless, what even was the event they were protesting at? Just a gathering of Muslims? Real fucking mature of them. Not saying they deserved to be attacked, but have some common-sense.

Some Muslim cultures oppressing women is an issue MUCH bigger than just mere "feminism", so yeah I kinda agree it was dumb. They shoulda kinda realised that strict Muslims take things very seriously as well, and that that stunt was likely to end painfully!

I got a stiffy at that point. ;-)

You just confirmed my assessment. That line of thought is highly skewed, and it is that of the patriarchal society - What's the point of going through such an embarrassing showing? We the male, white and heterosexual face no pre-existing disadvantages or biases in everyday life, so it's hard for us to actually grasp it.

Proper, smart, common sense? Do you not witness prejudice everyday. Perhaps if you were on the end of it, you'd care enough to perpetrate such act.

The gathering's purpose, apparently, was a talk about the legitimacy of women assault in the Quran.

What's "mere" feminism? Don't be afraid of that word because of the internet. Just think of it as Martin Luther King Jr's Civil Rights movement. It's a movement for equality of rights.

It's not merely a movement for an equality of rights. There are many different forms of feminism, and only one of them desire an equality of rights. Feminism is largely hypocritical.
