Just wanted to say. As an admin, you have to be calm and be the first to be the nice one. Regardless of how much they may do. You should retain a professional calm, but a sincere one. People like to see the administrators being pleasent and calm and dealing with problems in a professional manor. I'm just throwing in some advice.
