I was on a nature walk for hours today, well over five miles walked. It kind of reminds me of Ryo walking to Bailu Village. Every bend looks the same. I got blisters on my feet. If I were Ryo I would have just got back on the boat back to Hong Kong after learning it would be days of this shit.

I went to my weekly MMA (mixed martial arts) class today. The worst injury I got today was a tiny cut on my arm. I get home and go to pet my dog. My toenail catches on the bottom of the television stand and it nearly shears off, bleeding profusely.

I had trimmed my toenails the day before to prevent this very thing from happening. It's happened to me twice before, but both were from training and with untrimmed toenails.
