If you are that dramatic about showing your body then you still care about what other's think. I don't think hyping yourself up in that way provides any sort of net benefit, you just need to do it. Human brains are really good at adapting to experiences, and once you do what you are scared of doing and see that no one really gives a fuck, you will naturally not consider it to be that big of an issue. Hyping yourself up just makes you continue to constantly think of it as an issue, which makes matters worse.

It is pretty sweet to have a body that you are proud of, though.

I don't know, everyone is selfconscious, but being fat makes you hide away, and being fit makes you unsure of every little detail.

Abs kinda suck, you can't show them off unless you love the beach, you can look ripped in certain lighting, and look ok/skinny in others. Specially if you are paper white.

But being fat makes you intelligent though, that's foyo.
