UPDATE: Chris Nolan's lookin for shooting locations in Asia.

It's the longest shot ever made, but this - albeit only very slightly - opens up possibilities for appearances from Talia al Ghul, I-Ching and the Sensei. Possibly even Lady Shiva. Talia appearing could make for a good story, as Batman is - on some level - partly responsible for the death of her father, Ra's. However, looking at the title, I highly doubt this.

Out of that list i would say Talia is the most likely.

Read on one article that people think it will simply be for flashbacks but i dont think they need to do that with these films as his back story was done really well in Begins.

Wounder if they will do another animated disk before its release? Could be a good way to have the Joker in it?

Last movie was hyped so much but ended up just making me go "eh" but enjoyed Ironman so much more. I only liked Joker.

It just depends on taste. I reckon Batman Begins was superior in some ways, and The Dark Knight in others. I'm sure it'll be the same with The Dark Knight Rises (such a shit title...)

Mask of The Phantasm.
Best Batman film ever.
No one can convince me otherwise.

The movie opens with an attack by the Phantasm, right?

But then after that scene, you see Andrea on a plane heading to Gotham. But... she was obviousy already there.

How did that happen?
Awfully glaring plot hole. Strange no one noticed it while making the movie.

Yeah, that bugged me n'all. I always enjoyed the more humanised take on Bruce Wayne in the DCAU, but it was a nice move when they turned him into comic-style arsehole Batman in JLU and Batman Beyond.

I'm more interested in how they're gonna handle this one.

I remember being the only one at the peak of the hype that thought TDK was mediocre aside from a few things.

More BS rumours, this time coming from a supposed leaked script.

Firstly, it listed the female lead role as Talia al Ghul, which (as we've noted before) would tie neatly into Batman Begins. Furthermore, Hugo Strange is listed as the main villain, but he's assisted by two more characters in his fight to take down Batman. One is Black Mask, who steps in place of mob boss Salvatore Ramoni. And then Black Mask apparently recruits in Killer Croc to be the muscles of the outfit.

That, therefore, presumably was designed to point to the already-cast Tom Hardy playing Black Mask, but again, that'd be the third role in the film he's been linked with to date.

Talia and Black mask are possible but i cant see Croc making it.

That's a great film. Pure fanservice if you know what to look for. Did you know Joker was voiced by the same actor as Bender from Futurama? I wasn't too keen when I found out but he did a convincing job overall I thought..
