Becuase he was immature and got banned because of his actions. It seems now that he may be able to help and improve the dojo but it's yet to be seen, I think he will though or he wouldn't be admin.
EDIT: I think so of it is explained on the first page.

I think you mean keep my mouth shut you've already lost a lot of members due to louis's promotion if that many people disagree with hellraiser's actions then he must be doing something wrong

He is only helping Hellraiser do something with the forums. Yes people can change, I hope he gets on with whatever he is doing and I hope it makes these forums a better place.
EDIT: By the way that is (p l a c e) but it replaces it with shenmue dojo.

I've been here now just over a day and have seen that this community is better than most,if he was an irritant before,people knew he was a twat but at least he is trying to rectify the situation.
