I just watched
Forks over Knives. It's a really informative documentary about our diets and the striking correlation between meat, dairy, and processed food intakes compared to heart disease, strokes, and cancer with startling statistics.
It's amazing seeing people who are literally told they are dying and given drugs that are barely keeping the diseases at bay only to see it reverse when they eat a whole foods plant based diet.
I'd recommend this to everyone to watch. It's on
Netflix streaming too!
