What all do I need for my dreamcast to play the games on new hd tvs?

A guy over on TheIsoZone recommended this converter/upscaler from Sewell. He also made a video on it.
As for a VGA box, I've been very satisfied with the $25 one I bought from Retro-Bit. Unfortunately, it's not in stock on Amazon anymore and it's $60-70 on eBay. I swear I got mine for $25 back in July.
