Hey, cheers, thats great. I'll doubt i'll need it though. The only Bailu village I know of is near Xian which is nowhere near Guilin. There's a county called Bailu about 6 hours drive away from Guilin though, I guess that must be as close as it gets.
I hope Shenmue 3 sheds some more light.

Using internet cafe's. But I got to Guilin 2 day's ago. The main reason I came to china. I had been looking foward to it for months and as soon as I got there I went to an internet cafe and spent 6 hours in these forums. I'm such an ass.

I found this on a Japanese website. These pages here are in English but it looks like they used excite.com to translate them from Japanese to English. Enjoy!

Those pictures were not taken in Yokosuka. Takuno-san, the webmaster of the site,
tried very hard to reproduce the scenes of Shenmue in his neighborhood in Osaka.
I've once linked these pages in some other topic in the forums. Just for your reference,

i remember when you posted them Kiyuu but werent they in japanese before? this isnt much easier to understand because a lot of the words are missing and the english is to hard to put together.

You can translate any site with some translation software, but of course it has limitations.
It barely conveys the meanings and lots of proper nouns would be translated wrong or
left untranslated. It can't be helped currently. Would you invent the better translator? ;)
