With the ebay topic open, i decided to go ahead and open this topic earlier than expected. This topic is simply to post your Shenmue collection, either just a list or pictures. Also you can see what rarities there are in Shenmue merchandise and what you can get easily or imported. Ive also heard Alex has a great Shenmue collection, which id love to see. I has intended to open this topic with pictures of my collection, but since i opened it early, a few of my things have not arrived from Japan yet, nor have i went ahead with other plans i have for some of my collection.

So what you guys got, and what do you want to get?? :D

Bastard! Ive been haggling with a guy in Japan for over 2 weeks now over the price for that double CD soundtrack! He is looking 10000 yen for it, but im not paying that (even though its $200 on ebay) Its the one thing i cant get, and ive gotten even rarer stuff for cheaper!

Then he is trying to rip you off.
They are all fake. Just copies of the original. Mine is from Sonmay. Professional copies though.

Yeah, Kiyuu pretty much said you're hard pressed to find originals of the soundtracks these days. And she said this a year or two ago.

What are the tell tale signs between Japanese original and fake cds?

Don't even worry. There are no originals anymore. Fakes are still professionally done and done very well.
I think though the original had a video clip on one of them. If by some miracle and the heavens open up and a genuine pops up,prepare to spends a couple months salary.

These shots represent the bulk of my collection, though I left a few items out (Namely a Suzuki autograph along with a shirt and some other random guides/etc):

A few more things I was able to find:

While not exactly pertaining to Shenmue; the Yukawa & Trial Edition Dreamcasts were def the hardest to find and the most costly items in my collection. Now only to find that G-Damn Timex watch.... :-#

Here in Spain.

I have Shenmue 1 sealed, Virtua Fighter + Project Berkley discs and What's Shenmue VHS but I didn't posted any picture of them.

I looked for a Shen Hua's figure but they are asking about 190$ if I'm correcto for it. No way, I won't pay so much money for a toy.
