Well we do not know if he has them or not. Then again, did they all come with it ? I mean, how can someone lose such documents ? That shit cost so much, i cant even see myself tossing a precious paper that comes with it haha.

Anyway ill wait for his answer and get back to you. If i dont get it, might aswell see a member from the dojo getting it, i know it wont end up in some dirty hands trying to resell it for more.

Fenix wrote: I did not started to bid but thanks a lot Mitsuzuki. I'll ask the seller before starting to put my price. If this item does not have the same as yours I wont even bid.

If I'm gonna buy the MOST IMPORTANT Shenmue item ever, I want it PERFECT. And of course, I will also pay as good as the product is.

Sure thing, Fenix. I would assume the documentation would come with it, but if I'm putting a load of cash down for this I would want to be sure.

That guy from ebay has yet to reply so im assuming he either has no documents or is simply busy.

I am not sure if i will bid or not now. Dont feel like throwing 4 digits for something that is not complete. On the other side, the more i think about it, i'd rather spend that cash on Shenhua painting, but thats a pain in the a** to find !

Someone just outbid my $1100 bid which is absolutely fine with me. No intentions of going higher, especially because it now costs over $300 to even have the thing exported from the States due to the new laws in force for online purchases.

Was fun being a part of it though :nice!:

I got an answer. The watch has actually 2 documents (of 3). He couldn't add pictures 'cause of some problem uploading.

I should think about it but anyway it seems this is not my watch.

If you're willing to go higher than it then that's fair enough but even as a Shenmue collector, that's now well breached into mad money. I'm talking some websites will have articles written about this. There was a more financially convenient way to get it in the past only none of us could be arsed. Now because it's on the bay, it's going nuts.

I'm very happy to let this pass now. If anyone boasts about owning it then fair play, but I'd just laugh at the price that they paid for it, more than the admiration would have for them owning it.

$1525. That's an incredible end price, even for Shenmue collectors. I didn't think it would go that high.

Anyone on here snag it?

I'm always looking for merchandise- if another watch comes up I'll be sure to post it again.

Wow this is just crazy! I mean it's absolutely insane! I feel like a really cheap bum right now, I could never afford something at that price. Or are you all just stinky rich?

What a ridiculous price... With shipping and that stupid eBay "no custom charges" bullshit that costs 10 times of what customs would actually charge you it's almost $2000. TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS!

Yay. I'll wait for a more "complete" item. Just like the one Mitsuzuki showed. I think 1525 is a little high price too. I consider myself a shenmue collector and this watch is my most wanted item. If I have to pay that amout, I demand the full set with all documents. It's the only reason of why I did not placed a bid.

Nope, that's just ridiculous. Like I said before, collection or no collection, that's just funny money. Even if it is someone on the site that has got it, I find it hilarious that you paid that price for it never mind own it.

Only other thing that sticks in my mind is that it is an extremely high price and perhaps there may be a bit of skulduggery going on here with the seller and friends.

Hhaha. I though the same as you, Peter. The second part I mean, lol. This watch has normally a price of 600-800$.

Or maybe it's a crazy fan. In that cases, next watch will be even more expensive.
