meet charly ont he 1st day?

Hey,
Someone managed to meet charlie (by the fight after arcade's meeting) on the 1st day (3 december?)? I tried many times.
After heartbeat's bar
between 7.45 pm and 20 pm, by pushing X and A button quickly I managed to speak with ono, then Noriyuki Tsuruoka, then Kurita, even with the mother of mai, (nagai industries is open, then)
gone to fortuneteller who speaks about arcades lights in clues, then I go to arcades but no Smith Bradley!
Is it only works on 2nd day?

Yeah, you can't see smith at the arcade the same night you beat him up in the alley at heartbeats. Gotta wait till the next day.

Very interesting if you can see him on the first day, however, ive never encountered it or know anyone else who has tatsuya.

well i know u can meet charlie on the 2nd day instead of the 3rd. after heartbeats go straight to the tatoo parlor and talk to the owner about 20 times (literally) and he'll tell you charlie will be there tomorrow. Not quite what you were asking but close. but if u do this u miss the free battle with the sailors in the parking lot.

wait what! dont know how i missed that when reading the thread first. i always went home and slept then had that free battle with smith in the parking lot the following night. need details on how to do this on the same night.
