Shenmue Dojo

Its the soundtrack for shenmue 1 and I got in the mail yesterday just listended to it and its great!!

I sure some of you know this CD collection was only released in japan in 1999 and I finally tracked it down on E-Bay and I can't get enough of it!

My mother in California wants a copy, she has never played a game in her life other than who wants to be a millionare on her gameboy and still the only game she has played but she loved to watch me play until she retired and moved this year to cal but she still want the music so I will burn her a copy.

If the riaa doesnt like it to bad I made only one copy and that is all I am going to make.

Cool how much and welcome to the dojo. Whats your fave track on it. Oh and also does it have Chai's theme and the song played on the way to the You arcade at 3 o clock to meet Charlie and also used when Mark tells you that he heard about the deal called "Long Zha" on it?

It has most of the songs including toms hip hop.

It does not have the pizzareia or the tomato store :(
It has just about every thing from the theme to the I wish song.

I payed 21$ including shipping. not to bad I guess.

I think thier might be one or 2 more people selling this on e-bay right now
so go check it out its the soundtrack so the cover has ryo and what I think is shenshue ( might have spelled that wrong) in some fancy dress clothes and a light green cover.

I have heard it contains a rare mini video clip but I have not found it yet.


EDIT: it does have one tune that I heard only in the shenmue DVD prior to this CD it is the music you hear at the credits in the shenmue DVD in its entire form and I must say Its wonderful.

I also got both shenmue music CDs (or three- two from the soundtrack and the orchestra version),

if you care for the titles (I´m too lazy to look them up on my burned version) , then you´ll also find it as MP3 at edonkey - these are with english tracknames...

My dad actually enjoyed watching me play Shenmue 1 and 2, he sometimes asks me if I ever got the japanese guy to hong kong and if there are any more games coming out (his memory isnt that great)

I just recieved Shenmue Original Soundtrack (2 disc), Shenmue Juke Box, and Shenmue Orchestra, today I also bought them on ebay. However, I bought all of those for only $34.99 + S/H. But I realized that they were made by Ever Anime, which means that they were "professionally pirated". They do play though and the sound quality is still just fine. It just bugs me that they aren't the "real" ones. What companies do yours say.

Heheheh, same here, he got really into it. Like when I first left the Asia Travel Co after being told to come back after three or four hours, he said "I think you've been ripped off..."
