Shenmue's soundtrack is majestic and it deserves all the recognition it can get.

Not getting a place into the Hall of Fame of video game soundtracks, is only a sacrilege to its legacy. So let's get voting before it's too late.

I seem to remember we had something like this quite some time ago. Can't quite find it right now though.
Anyway, I voted for the Shenmue OST, Takenobu Mitsuyoshi and Yuzo Koshiro.

Let's just resist a 15 second exercise to promote Shenmue, which could possibly result in boosting the recognition of the franchise, thus selling more copies of Shenmue 3. OR? Lets sit around here for 2 years, possibly moaning about how Shenmue 3 didn't sell well because it's fans didn't step up.

Because it's not classical music (although there are lots of composers there that aren't classical).

In my way of seeing it we got what we wanted, the KS broke records and the game is in development.

Just spamming every thing remotely related to some aspect of Shenmue, specially when it's not related to games, is crossing the line between regular fan and obnoxious IMO.

Those of us obnoxious enough to want to promote the game to others (including the push for 1 & 2 HD) would like the opportunity to refer to its "really good soundtrack" as a "Hall of Fame soundtrack."

Or we could just not bother, and be obnoxious to anyone who tries. I mean, what could be more Shenmue than that?

Yeah, I absolutely love the Orchestra Version Album. I still listen to it regularly.
