So finally I got myself a Dreamcast and want to get Shenmue 1 and 2.
I have got a multi region boot disc so I can choose which version to buy.
I wonder if there's any difference between the US and EU versions.
Thanks!

Absolutely no difference. There's differences in the Japanese version, but the EU and US versions are identical.

Grab the Pal version as your save data from Shenmue 1 can be transferred over to Shenmue 2 PAL

This is unnecessary if you have a cheat device, as you can just use the code that allows you to import any region save into Shenmue 2.

If you have a cheat device, just buy whichever is easier or cheaper.

Additionally, you can burn a homebrew disc which will make copies of your saves in a different region coding. You'll likely need 2 VMU's though with at least 80 blocks free on one of them.
