Posted: Thu Dec 13, 2012 9:31 pmI've liked these screenies so much I tried to emulate the game myself, but after installing chankast, getting all the bios and disc drive information input situated and mounting Shenmue onto my G drive with Alcohol it acts like the disc isn't in the drive. 
I hope they get around to putting Shenmue on Xbox Arcade soon, outputting in 480p on the Dreamcast, upscaling it to 1080p and calling "HD" just doesn't do it for me any more. It looks fuzzy and horrid and it's not actual high def in a time when my PC's Radeon 7770 is quite easily up to the task of rendering the game.

Posted: Fri Dec 14, 2012 11:25 amI think the only good way to do it now would be running it on an emulator that didn't blow at the same native resolution as your display, then output your video card to your HDTV through a DVI or HDMI cable or something and play with a wireless Xbox 360 pad (you can get transmitters that hook up to your PC through a USB socket and let you use xbox pads with PC games) The problem as near as I can tell is that Dreamcast emulators are very poor and run too slow with horrid sound.
