??? Reloaded is out in a couple of weeks.

If that was in Chinese and Ryo doesn't understand it, presumably everyone on Hong Kong speaks Japanese. Unless everyone is actually speaking english of course. Or even German

That would be the problem. But there could be one of 2 ways out of it...

#1. Ryo actually knows Chinese, or at least enough to get around. Joy just said it so fast that he didn't pick it up.
#2. He knows English. HK's 2nd language is English as far as I know.
